Sump & overhead tanks

Four sump and overhead tank projects are under execution, in Hindupur, Devanahalli, Bagepalle and Vijayawada. Site photographs will be added here as the work progresses.

    The sump sits below ground level, so the work starts with excavation.

    A base slab and walls form the underground tank that holds the water.

    Staging

    Columns and bracing rise to carry the overhead tank.

    Rising main

    A pipe carries water from the sump pump up to the tank.

  5. 05

    Overhead tank

    The raised tank stores water and supplies it by gravity.
